What should I expect with the elements and my wood products?

All of LeBow Designs products have been treated and sealed with care. Pieces in high sun lit areas will begin to fade with time. As with all wood products, it is important to not keep them in water or areas with high moisture. This can cause the wood grain to swell and crack. If water gets on your piece, no problem, just wipe it off.

What if I need to return an item?

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you need to return an item, please fill out the contact form. All returns will be applied to store credit. Client is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item.

Will you remake an earring that I have lost?

It happens! You have your favorite pair and you lose one. LeBow Designs will work to replace any lost earring, in most cases, it shouldn’t be a problem. Send an email and prices will be determined on an individual basis.

How long before my order ships?

Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping and handling. All orders ship with USPS.

Are spoons and bowls food safe?

Yes. All of the spoons, utensils and bowls are safe to use with food. They have been treated and finished with walnut oil, unless otherwise specified in product description.

Can I put items in the dishwasher?

To help conserve the quality of the pyrography, it is recommended to hand wash and dry all wooden utensils and bowls.

How should I clean my art pieces?

It is recommended to wipe down pieces with a soft towel to dust them.
